Job summary

Siemens Gamesa in India seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to provide professional legal support for post-closing project activities, contract management, and claims handling across complex commercial matters. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B. / LL.M.) or equivalent legal qualification.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel, with focus on Indian/APAC corporate and commercial law.
• Strong experience in contract drafting, contract management, claims management, legal analysis, and legal research.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, compliance requirements, risk management, and commercial legal practices.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and supporting complex business transactions.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to provide practical, risk-based legal solutions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment while managing multiple priorities.
