Job summary

Beumer India Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram invites an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to join our engineering team to work on material handling systems and cement plant projects.

You will prepare drawings, specifications, and construction plans while ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards; collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver integrated solutions. Strong knowledge of design software and experience with piping, conveyors, and shop drawings is essential

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Civil & Structural engineering design.
• Knowledge of Material Handling (Pipe conveyors, Belt conveyors) and Cement Plant.
• Knowledge of Indian/International standard codes for steel designing.
• Knowledge of Drawings related to Mechanical, Civil & Structural steel including Shop drawings.
• Proficient in design software - AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Tekla (knowledge).

Responsibilities

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Coordination with Customer, vendor, consultant and internal stakeholders for engineering activities.
• Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
• Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering data; completing backups.

Functional skills:

• Knowledge of Civil & Structural engineering design. (Mainly Material Handling/Cement Plant background)
• Good knowledge of Material Handling (Pipe conveyors, Belt conveyors, OLBC's etc) and Cement Plant.
• Knowledge of manual calculation like connection design, Plate design etc.
• Knowledge of Indian/International standard codes for steel designing.
• Knowledge of Drawings related to Mechanical, Civil & Structural steel including Shop drawings.

Soft skills:

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Should be able to work in Team, Good listener, Collaborating, Positive attitude, multitasking, focused on work
