Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an ALM Admin with Codebeamer specialist, based in Bengaluru South. The role involves administering and configuring Codebeamer ALM instances, including user management, permissions, workflows, templates, and project setups to support product development and quality processes. The specialist will collaborate with engineering, QA, and project management teams to design and optimize ALM workflows, maintain integrations with other tools, and ensure data integrity and system performance. Daily responsibilities include monitoring system health, troubleshooting issues, coordinating upgrades and patches, managing backups, and enforcing ALM governance and best practices. The role also includes creating documentation, training team members on Codebeamer usage, and providing responsive support to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
