Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom plug-ins for ALM tools such as IBM ELM, Polarion, Codebeamer, IBM DOORS, and other ALM platforms.
• Design and develop custom integrations between ALM tools and other tools in the ecosystem.
• Build custom functionalities based on requirements.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML) to create custom UI elements.
• Strong understanding of web services, Java EE, and REST APIs; ability to define technical solutions for customers.
• Proven experience in requirements management and use of requirements management tools. Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile or Waterfall) is desirable.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of source control software (SVN, Git, Bitbucket, etc.).
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and writing skills.

• Experience with ALM tools including IBM DOORS, IBM ELM, Polarion, Codebeamer, PTC Integrity, JAMA, etc.
• Proven experience in requirements management and use of requirements management tools; familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile or Waterfall) is desirable.

• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML) to create UI elements.
