Design and develop custom plug-ins for ALM tools such as IBM ELM, Polarion, Codebeamer, IBM DOORS, and other ALM platforms.
Design and develop custom integrations between ALM tools and other tools in the ecosystem.
Build custom functionalities based on requirements.
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML) to create custom UI elements.
Strong understanding of web services, Java EE, and REST APIs; ability to define technical solutions for customers.
Proven experience in requirements management and use of requirements management tools. Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile or Waterfall) is desirable.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of source control software (SVN, Git, Bitbucket, etc.).
Excellent verbal, presentation, and writing skills.
