Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field.
• 6–12 years of experience in ITSM, IT operations, governance, or related roles.
• Strong ITSM knowledge across processes and service delivery practices.
• Hands-on experience with software asset management, IT contracts, and vendor management.
• ARB/governance experience supporting enterprise review and approvals.
• Understanding of architecture, security, compliance, and audit frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support core ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
• Maintain CMDB records and asset data accurately.
• Define and implement asset build, change, and retirement lifecycle processes.
• Manage software asset management activities including licenses, compliance, and audits.
• Coordinate IT contracts, renewals, vendor documentation, and compliance tracking.
• Monitor vendor performance, SLA adherence, and service delivery outcomes.
• Support Architecture Review Board reviews and governance follow-ups.
• Engage security teams to review solution security posture and risks.
• Provide regular updates to business users on demand status and timelines.
• Create and maintain dashboards for ITSM, asset, vendor, and governance metrics.
