Niyukti Systems, Inc invites applications for an Agency Development Manager in India. The role focuses on recruiting and training life insurance agents across multiple cities such as Delhi/NCR, Kolkata and others, guiding performance and sales growth.

You will supervise activity plans, conduct weekly PRP, promote career progression, and encourage use of the Agent Portal CRM for cross-selling products. A strong network in local markets and graduate education are desirable.

Formación

• Experience: Minimum 4 years in sales.
• Experience recruiting agents.
• Experience training agents on commission basis.
• Ability to supervise and review agent performance.
• Familiarity with CRM/Agent Portal for cross-selling
