Job summary

Ageas Federal Life Insurance is urgently looking for AGM/Sr AGM/CAGM for Delhi NCR locations including Delhi CP, Pitampura, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram. The role focuses on agency growth, recruiting and coaching Insurance Advisors, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Candidates should have 2-3 years of life insurance sales experience with agency channel exposure. CTC offered: 2.5–4.5 LPA, with conveyance, mobile and medical benefits.

Role & responsibilities

2-5 years of LIFE INSURANCE EXPERIENCE. AGENCY CHANNEL EXP in INSURANCE is a must. Caniddates with Bancassurance who willing to move to Agency can also apply

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, meet & convert potential customers to consistently achieve sales targets, with good sales closing ratio
• Conduct day-to-day sales and recruiting activities to select/recruit good quality of agents & Insurance Advisors by prospecting, identifying, and sourcing good quality through reference market, presentations, constant follow ups, collection of necessary documentation and ensuring attendance of the prospective Advisors in the training programme.
• Train the Insurance Advisors through classroom and on the job training (accompanying them on sales calls, doing mock presentations, etc.) to help them achieve sales and recruitment targets Targets; possess good storytelling skills
• Achieve business targets- Plan and implement achievement of sales targets month after month by setting individual targets for each of the Advisors in the team taking into consideration the Advisors potential and the total business target.
• Possess Leadership skills to motivate and develop the team of Insurance Advisors- Sustain the team of motivated Insurance Advisors through personal examples and by conducting motivational sessions, focus group discussions (FGDs) and feedback Programmes, etc.
• Good experience as mentor and coach to MDRT agents
• Understands persistency ratio and life insurance products

Preferred candidate profile

Life Insurance Experience plus

Qualification & Experience Required

Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in Life Insurance & Banking industryLife insurance agency hierarchy, agency compensation and variable model Primarily from Life Insurance Industry experience a plus
