Vasudha Business Solutions in Himachal Pradesh is looking for a skilled Maintenance technician to oversee CNC machines and general plant upkeep. You will handle preventive and breakdown maintenance on CNC Turning, VMC, and HMC, ensuring high machine availability and safe operation.

Join a team focused on safety, 5S in the maintenance area, and close coordination with production and service engineers to minimize downtime and keep equipment running smoothly.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of CNC maintenance.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Knowledge of TPM and preventive maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines (CNC Turning, VMC, HMC).
• Plant maintenance including Utility, DG Set, Compressor, EOT Cranes & other plant machinery.
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults.
• To minimize machine downtime and ensure maximum machine availability.
• Maintain maintenance logs, history cards and spare parts inventory.
• Coordination with production team and external service engineers.
• Ensure adherence to safetynorms and 5S in maintenance area.
