Job summary

Vasudha Business Solutions ( HR/ Recruitment Consultants) in Himachal Pradesh, India, is seeking a skilled candidate for Maintenance of CNCMachines and overall Plant Maintenance at our plant. The role requires hands-on maintenance of CNC Turning, VMC, HMC, and related plant equipment.

The candidate will perform preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults, and maintain logs and spare parts inventory while coordinating with production and service

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CNC maintenance.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Knowledge of TPM and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines (CNC turning, VMC, HMC).
• Plant maintenance including utility, DG set, compressor, EOT cranes and other plant machinery.
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults.
• Minimize machine downtime and maximize machine availability.
• Maintain maintenance logs, history cards and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with production team and external service engineers.
• Ensure adherence to safety norms and 5S in maintenance area.
