Job summary

Cloudxtreme seeks an experienced AEP/AJO specialist to own data pipelines, RT-CDP configurations, and the design of journeys and campaigns. You will integrate event sources, edge implementations, and decisioning to drive personalized customer experiences across channels.

You will establish robust monitoring, governance, and documentation, work with QA and Marketing Ops, and ensure privacy compliance while optimizing throughput and identity match rates for reliable downstream activation.

Responsibilities

• Implement AEP data pipelines: sources, datasets, XDM schemas and profile stitching.
• Configure AEP RT-CDP: segments, audiences, destinations (email/SMS, ad platforms), consent and governance controls.
• Build AJO journeys and campaigns: triggers, eligibility rules, orchestration logic, templates, personalization and experimentation.
• Integrate event sources (streaming, batch), edge implementations, and decisioning.
• Establish monitoring and QA: data quality checks, segment population, journey performance, deliverability and error handling.
• Collaborate with QA, Analytics and Marketing Ops; document solutions and runbooks; provide L3 support.
• Ensure privacy/compliance: consent, opt-outs, data retention, PII handling, and regulatory adherence.
• Optimize performance: throughput, latency, identity match rates, and downstream activation success.
