Alike Thoughts is seeking an AJO/AEP Developer to design and optimize scalable marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Platform. The role requires collaboration with marketing data and technical teams to ensure seamless campaign execution across PAN India in a hybrid setup.

You will implement segmentation, automation, and personalization, while maintaining data governance and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years hands-on AJO/AEP.
• Strong expertise in AEP, CJA, AJO, RTCP, and Data Governance.
• Experience with APIs, data integration, and customer data platforms (CDP).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Utilize Adobe Campaign to create and manage scalable personalized marketing campaigns Develop and optimize email marketing workflows including segmentation targeting and automation Collaborate with marketing data and technical teams to ensure seamless campaign execution Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement improvements for enhanced engagement and conversion Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA Maintain and update campaign templates and assets to align with branding and marketing goals Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign delivery and performance Stay updated with the latest Adobe Campaign features and industry best practices

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and implement endtoend marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Manage data integration and audience segmentation to target the right customers effectively Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Execute campaign automation workflows including triggers scheduling and personalization Monitor campaign execution perform testing unit UAT AB and optimize for KPIs Handle vendor management for email template design and campaign assets Provide technical support and guidance for campaignrelated issues Ensure adherence to governance policies and data privacy standards throughout campaign lifecycle

• Build and manage XDM schemas, datasets, identities, and customer profiles.
