Job summary

The Glove in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled advisor to implement Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer. The role focuses on architecture design, data ingestion from CRM and web/mobile sources, and configuring Real-time Customer Profile and Identity Service.

You will work with marketing data models (XDM), create robust data pipelines, and tailor customer journeys using rules and attributes. Strong communications and independent problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates must interact with customers independently with clear articulation and confidence.
• Experience in digital marketing with Martech implementations (Adobe/SFDC) from solution through design and implementation, especially with AEP and AJO.
• Strong database skills with SQL/Oracle/Teradata etc.
• Ability to design data models for marketing databases and perform queries, aggregations, filters, joins, and indexing.
• Knowledge of web tech including HTML/CSS and scripting languages like JS/Python/PHP.
• Familiarity with complex data models (XDM) and marketing campaign objectives.
• Ability to define rules and conditional logic to tailor journeys by customer attributes and behaviors.
• Excellent coordination and communication across business and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory, consulting, and technical implementation services on Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Assess customer requirements and design solution architecture, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Configure AEP services such as Identity Service, Data Storage Layer, and Real-time Customer Profile.
• Ingest data from CRM, websites, mobile apps using APIs, XDM, schemas and mappers.

Job description

Must Have Skills:

• Good Communication Skills- Ability to interact with customers independently with good articulation and confidence and Articulation.
• Digital marketing experience, with Martech platforms implementation (Adobe/SFDC) from solution, design, and implementation specifically with AEP and AJO.
• Database skills Have good expertise of either of databases SQL/ Oracle /Teradata etc.
• Data model design Skills for Marketing databases. Capability to query, work on aggregates, use filter conditions, Creation joins, define keys, set index etc
• Logical Programming knowledge, with either JS/ Python /PHP etc., Should be comfortable with HTML/CSS.
• Understand complex data models (preferrable XDM) and the objective of marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with establishing rules and conditional logics to customize journeys based on customer attributes and behaviours. Advocate for improvements.
• Strong ability to partner and effectively work across the organization with line of business and technology colleagues. Strong implementation coordination and communication skills.

Good to have Skills:

• Own the project deliverables end to end working independently.
• Prior experience with CDP/Adobe campaign
