Infosys is seeking an experienced Airlines Passenger Domain Consulting professional with 12-18 years of total IT experience, including 5+ years in requirements analysis and product ownership/management. The role focuses on Modern Airline Retailing, OOMS, NDC, and dynamic offers, with exposure to MRO, Revenue Management, and Ground Operations.

Formación

• 12-18 years of IT experience including 5+ years in requirements analysis/management (BA/PO/PM).
• Strong airline domain expertise with focus on Modern Airline Retailing and OOMS (NDC, ONE Order, dynamic offers).
• Experience across Network Planning, Revenue Management, Passenger Services, Ground Ops, Crew and Aircraft Maintenance.
• Agile project experience is mandatory; CSM/CSPO, PMP/PgMP and CBAP desirable.
• Knowledge of FLYR and other airline products is advantageous.

• Support delivery, release management, and product launches.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities as required.
• Independently manage projects from simple to complex engagements.

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Airlines Passenger Domain Consulting professional with 12-18 years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of experience in requirements analysis and management across Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager responsibilities.
• The ideal candidate will bring strong airline domain expertise with a focus on Modern Airline Retailing and Offer Order Management Systems (OOMS), including NDC, ONE Order, dynamic offers and merchandising, dynamic/continuous pricing, order-centric servicing, and PSS-to-Offer/Order transformation.
• The position requires strong functional knowledge across Network Planning, Revenue Management, Passenger Services Experience, Ground Operations, Crew Management and Aircraft Maintenance. The professional will work closely with senior business stakeholders to define business objectives, requirements and scope, design future-state processes and solutions, and support transformation delivery across business functions and technology platforms.
• Agile project experience is mandatory. CSM/CSPO, PMP/PgMP and CBAP certifications are highly desirable. Knowledge of FLYR and other airline products/applications supporting business processes would be an advantage.

Roles Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Advise airline clients on Modern Airline Retailing roadmaps, industry solutions, POCs/POVs and team enablement.
• 2. Work closely with senior business stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, scope, requirements and expectations, and obtain necessary sign-offs.
• 3. Identify cross-functional requirements and assess their impact across processes, operations and technology platforms.
• 4. Develop business cases and value propositions, including feasibility, gap and business-impact analysis.
• 5. Document and design as-is and to-be business processes, process visualizations and business solutions.
• 6. Support solution architecture and design through business, functional and technical analysis and product modelling.
• 7. Lead functional and non-functional requirements elicitation and management while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
• 8. Customize solution designs and roll‑out approaches to secure client approval and support problem and release management.
• 9. Support delivery and release management, product launches and operations planning.
• 10. Contribute to pre‑sales activities as required.
• 11. Independently manage projects ranging from simple to complex engagements.
