Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Airline Domain Consultant - OOMS | NDC | ONE Order to advise airline clients on Modern Airline Retailing roadmaps and solutions. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to capture objectives, document requirements, and ensure sign-offs, while identifying cross-functional impacts across processes and platforms.

You will lead elicitation and customization of designs for rollout and support delivery and pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering airline retailing projects and solutions is a plus.
• Ability to document business objectives, scope, requirements and expectations.
• Familiarity with architecture, data flows and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Advise airline clients on Modern Airline Retailing roadmaps, industry solutions, POCs/POVs and team enablement.
• Work with senior stakeholders to document objectives, scope, requirements and sign-offs.
• Identify cross-functional requirements and assess impact across processes and platforms.
• Develop business cases and value propositions, including feasibility and impact analysis.
• Document as-is and to-be processes, visualizations and solutions.
• Support architecture and design through analysis and modelling.
• Lead elicitation of requirements with stakeholders.
• Customize designs and rollout approaches to gain client approval.
• Support delivery, release planning and product launches.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities as needed.
• Manage projects ranging from simple to complex.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advise airline clients on Modern Airline Retailing roadmaps, industry solutions, POCs/POVs and team enablement.
2. Work closely with senior business stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, scope, requirements and expectations, and obtain necessary sign-offs.
3. Identify cross-functional requirements and assess their impact across processes, operations and technology platforms.
4. Develop business cases and value propositions, including feasibility, gap and business-impact analysis.
5. Document and design as-is and to-be business processes, process visualizations and business solutions.
6. Support solution architecture and design through business, functional and technical analysis and product modelling.
7. Lead functional and non-functional requirements elicitation and management while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
8. Customize solution designs and roll-out approaches to secure client approval and support problem and release management.
9. Support delivery and release management, product launches and operations planning.
10. Contribute to pre-sales activities as required.
11. Independently manage projects ranging from simple to complex engagements.
