Job summary

Earthful is seeking a hands-on Product Video Editor to own end-to-end editing for 25+ monthly product videos, collaborating with performance marketing to ensure sharp, on-brief deliverables.

You will align with a creative strategist, edit using AI tools and available B-roll, and deliver portrait, square, and landscape formats while maintaining the brand's visual tone and pacing. Mumbai-based in-office role.

Qualifications

• Proficient with AI-based video editing tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with Claude Design and Higgsfield or Seedance.
• Ability to produce AI-generated product videos without quality loss.
• Ability to identify hooks in early seconds and maintain brand aesthetics.

Job description

This role owns end-to-end video editing for Earthful's content engine — 25+ AI plus B-roll assisted product videos a month. You'll work closely with the performance marketing team to make sure every video that goes out is sharp, on-brief, and ready to perform.

What You'll Own

Product Video Editing (25+ videos/month)

• Align with creative strategist on the exact video requirements
• Edit the full video using the AI tools and available B-roll shots
• Adapt every version into 3 formats — portrait, square, and landscape

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of AI-based video editing tools; familiarity with Claude Design and Higgsfield or Seedance
• Able to produce AI-generated product videos without compromising on quality
• An eye for what makes a hook work in the first few seconds — you can tell a weak cut from a strong one
• A strong sense of visual tone and mood — pacing, color, rhythm, and overall look — and the judgment to keep it consistent with the brand's aesthetic across every video
• Comfortable managing volume — multiple videos at the same time
• Based in or willing to work in‑office in Mumbai
