Tamatar Talent is seeking a generalist video editor to uplift and produce content for multiple social media handles in India. The role demands autonomy, a fast delivery cycle, and a strong portfolio across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn formats.

You will lead end-to-end post-production, ensuring high-quality output with fast turnaround times, while maintaining organized archives and a proactive approach to feedback and iteration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of video editing experience or strong portfolio showing versatility across formats.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / After Effects).
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and deliver polished videos.

Responsibilities

About The Role - Generalist Video Editor

Overview

This is a high-agency, high-ownership role designed for a driven, early-career creative. You will not be micromanaged. What You’ll Do

• Manage the end-to-end post-production process, including assembly, pacing, color grading, audio mixing, and basic motion graphics.
• Format and version out video content for diverse distribution channels (YouTube, Instagram, Linkedin, internal communications and performance marketing collaterals).
• Take raw footage and transform it into a compelling, polished story without needing step-by-step instructions.
• Keep project files, b-roll, and audio libraries highly organized and accessible.
• Ship drafts rapidly, absorb feedback objectively, and refine the final deliverables.
