What would you be doing?

• End-to-End Video Production: Taking ownership of the video ad pipeline for Meta and YouTube and converting AI-first scripts into winning ads.
• Systemized Creative Iteration: Utilizing a proprietary or highly optimized stack (Flux, ElevenLabs, etc.) to generate 10x the creative variations of a traditional agency, allowing for aggressive A/B testing.
• Data-Backed Refinement: Working closely with our growth team to analyze ad performance and rapidly regenerate or pivot creative assets based on real-time winning hooks.

• You are built for speed. You possess an agile creative workflow and a proven ability to produce high-volume, high-quality video content at a pace that leaves traditional production methods in the dust.
• You are a Generative AI native. You don’t just "use" tools; you have a deep, technical curiosity and emerging mastery of Flux/Flow, ElevenLabs, and the latest generative video platforms to create production-grade assets.
• You speak the language of social-first content. You live on Meta and YouTube and intuitively understand what makes a "scroll-stopper." You are obsessed with retention curves and are eager to learn how to optimize creative to drive tangible ROI/CPA.
• You are highly organized and scalable. You have the personal discipline and technical setup to handle rapid spikes in creative demand. Whether it’s one video or ten, your quality never dips, and your communication remains proactive and clear.
