Noise in Gurgaon is seeking a Video Editor (2D & 3D) to own projects from idea to final export. You’ll shape concepts, sharpen scripts, and ensure the AI toolkit enhances storytelling, not just gimmicks.

Ideal candidates have hands-on AI video generation skills and a keen sense of what performs on Reels vs. long-form content. Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve or CapCut is required. Onsite role with a strong creative edge.

• Sharp instincts for what works on Reels, long-form, and paid formats.

About the role

We're looking for someone who owns a video from raw idea to final export - not just someone who cuts what's handed to them. AI is part of your toolkit, not a gimmick. You'll shape concepts, sharpen scripts, and know instantly what a viral Reel needs versus a killer product film.

What you’ll own

• Short-form social, long-form content, paid ad creative, and product films
• AI-generated footage - prompting, shot direction, and consistent character/brand look across generations
• Concept and script input - stronger hooks, tighter edits, sharper storytelling
• New format pitches - you test, you iterate, you chase what performs
• Full post pipeline - color, sound, motion graphics, captions, platform-ready exports

What you bring

• 2+ years editing in marketing, agency, or brand content or a self made artist.
• Real hands-on AI video generation skill - not just dabbling
• Sharp instincts for what works on Reels vs. long-form vs. paid
• Command of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve or CapCut
• A reel that shows range - AI-assisted work is a big plus

Bonus points

• Experience with consumer tech, D2C, or lifestyle brands
• Strong motion design or sound design chops
• Comfort with Midjourney, Firefly, or similar for supporting assets
