Job Summary: Role is responsible for driving governance, operational excellence, and portfolio visibility across the organization's Applied AI and Automation initiatives. The role partners closely with Delivery Managers, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure consistent project execution, accurate portfolio reporting, effective resource capacity planning, and proactive risk management. The position owns portfolio data integrity, executive dashboards, project milestone tracking, and cross‑functional governance processes while ensuring timely reporting of project health, financial status, deliverables, and resource utilization. By establishing standardized reporting, maintaining high-quality project data, and providing actionable business insights, the role enables informed decision‑making and supports the successful delivery of strategic transformation programs.
