Job summary

Cynet Health in Dehradun seeks a versatile leader to bridge Business Systems Analysis and Project Management, focusing on Conversational AI and automation initiatives across Sales, Recruiting, Payroll, Billing and Finance.

As a hybrid BSA/PM, you will own end-to-end lifecycle, coordinate between business users and developers, translate requirements into actionable tasks, and guide QA, training, and adoption to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Project Manager in system implementations or process automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Deep familiarity with Conversational AI, Gen AI, LLMs, RAG, and ML frameworks.
• Proficiency with low-code/no-code tools or automation platforms such as Power Automate, AppSheet, or UiPath.
• Experience in QA is a significant advantage.
• Understanding of US Staffing or back-office operations (Payroll, Billing, Recruiting).

Responsibilities

Project Manager, specifically focused on spearheading our Conversational AI and

automation initiatives.

What will you be doing day to day?

As a hybrid BSA and Project Manager, you will bridge the gap between complex business needs

and next-generation AI solutions. Your focus will be on streamlining operations across Sales,

Recruiting, Payroll, Billing, and Finance through intelligent automation.

• Project Leadership: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Conversational AI projects, from initial discovery and scoping to final deployment and post-launch optimization.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary bridge between business users and technical developers, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Requirement Translation: Work with business users to define automation opportunities and translate those requirements into actionable technical tasks for developers.
• Quality & Testing: Lead Systems Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that Conversational AI tools meet business needs and deliver a high-quality user experience.
• Adoption & Training: Create user guides, lead training sessions, and provide go-live support to ensure the smooth adoption of new AI tools across the organization.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather post-implementation feedback to optimize features and improve the performance of our AI models and automation workflows.

Your Experience:

• Professional Background: 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Project Manager, specifically supporting system implementations or process automation.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• AI Expertise: Deep familiarity with Conversational AI, Gen AI, LLMs, RAG, and Machine Learning (ML) frameworks.
• Technical Toolkit: Proficiency with low-code/no-code tools or automation platforms such as Power Automate, AppSheet, or UiPath.
• Quality Focus: Prior experience in Quality Assurance (QA) is a significant advantage.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of US Staffing or back-office operations (Payroll, Billing, Recruiting) is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail; proactive and comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
