Job summary

Kapture CX, a Bangalore-based AI-driven SaaS company, is seeking a Project Manager - AI Delivery to lead end-to-end AI projects for enterprise clients. You will coordinate with product, engineering, and AI teams to deliver LLM-powered chatbots, voicebots, and conversational solutions.

The role requires 2–5 years of overall experience with at least 1 year in AI delivery, strong customer handling skills, and prior startup exposure.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years total experience with at least 1+ year in AI delivery.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI projects like LLM-based chatbots, voicebots, and conversational AI solutions.
• Strong customer handling skills in a client-facing environment.
• Experience in fast-paced startups or AI/SaaS environments (e.g., Yellow.ai, Verloop, Haptik, Gupshup).

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI and LLM-based projects for enterprise clients (conversational AI, chatbots, voicebots).
• Serve as primary client contact, managing expectations, timelines, and outcomes across the project lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans; coordinate with product, engineering, and AI teams.
• Leverage LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notebook LLM) to design, test, and optimize AI solutions.
• Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery while driving adoption and long-term AI impact.

• You have 2-5 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 1+ year in AI delivery.
• You have hands-on experience delivering AI projects such as LLM-based chatbots, voicebots, and conversational AI solutions.
• You have strong customer handling skills, managing end-to-end project delivery in a client-facing environment.
• You have experience working in fast-paced startups, preferably in companies like Yellow.ai, Verloop, Haptik, Gupshup, or similar AI/SaaS environments.

You are highly organized and capable of driving multiple AI initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
