We’re building an AI‑first Operations team where AI is the default way of working. We’re looking for professionals who can leverage AI to solve operational challenges, automate repetitive work, and build scalable systems.

What we are looking for: Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify operational bottlenecks and solve them using AI‑powered solutions.
• Build AI‑assisted workflows, SOPs, dashboards, trackers, and automations.
• Leverage AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive execution.
• Own operational projects from planning to implementation.
• Document and standardize scalable operational processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• This is a full‑time, Work from Office role based in Delhi.
• 1‑4 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Process Excellence, or a similar role.
• Experience in a startup or high‑growth environment is preferred.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools in day‑to‑day work.
• Strong analytical, communication, and ownership skills.
• AI‑enabled work such as automations, workflows, dashboards, or SOPs will be an added advantage.

Recruitment Process

Aptitude Test & Task: The first stage consists of an aptitude assessment followed by a practical task designed to evaluate your analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability, and role‑specific skills.

Personal Interviews: 2‑3 video interviews. Detailed discussions about the job profile, company & candidature are discussed in these rounds.

• Office Location – Connaught Place, Delhi
• Work Timings – 9:30 till work gets over. You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the high pace environment. You can expect 10‑12 hours of work in a day!
