Qualifications

We are hiring an AI Marketing Specialist to tell that story, grow our audience and turn interest into qualified pipeline.

Role summary

The AI Marketing Specialist owns content, campaigns and digital channels for Uptime XAI, using AI tools to work faster and smarter. You will translate technical AI offerings into clear messages for business and technical buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (email, paid social, search, LinkedIn, events) that generate qualified leads for Uptime XAI.
• Write and produce content: blog posts, case studies, one-pagers, web copy, social posts and short videos that explain AI solutions in plain language.
• Use generative AI tools to speed up content drafting, image and video creation, research and campaign testing, with human review for accuracy and brand voice.
• Build and apply AI-driven workflows for audience segmentation, personalization, lead scoring and marketing automation.
• Manage SEO and AEO (answer-engine optimization) so Uptime XAI shows up in search and AI assistant results.
• Track performance in analytics dashboards and report on traffic, engagement, pipeline and cost per lead; recommend changes based on the data.
• Work with sales, recruiting and technical teams to create sales enablement materials and keep messaging consistent.
• Maintain brand guidelines for Uptime XAI and ensure AI-generated content meets legal, privacy and ethical standards.
• Stay current on AI marketing trends and tools, and share practical recommendations with the team.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology, SaaS or professional services.
• Hands-on use of generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Jasper, Midjourney or similar) in day-to-day marketing work.
• Strong writing skills, with a portfolio showing you can make technical topics clear and engaging.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot, Marketo or Salesforce).
• Working knowledge of SEO, paid media and web analytics (such as Google Analytics 4).
• Comfort reading data, running A/B tests and turning results into action.
• Ability to manage several projects at once and meet deadlines in a fast-moving team.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience marketing AI, machine learning, data or automation products.
• Skill building prompt libraries, custom GPTs or AI agents for marketing tasks.
• Familiarity with no-code automation tools (such as Zapier or Make) and basic HTML/CSS.
• Video editing and design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or AI video tools).
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices, including disclosure, copyright and data privacy.
