Job summary

The Growth Engine in Delhi is hiring a hands-on designer to produce AI-driven UI/UX, videos, and ad creatives daily alongside the founder. This is a doing role, not a management one, requiring rapid execution and a strong eye for quality.

You will design, write, and build daily using provided AI tools, delivering genuinely polished outputs with minimal guidance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong eye for design: can discern good UI from bad.
• You routinely use AI tools and can show produced work.
• Working marketing knowledge: what makes people stop, click, and buy.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools.
• Fast and self-directed; able to work without hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Design UI and UX for websites and landing pages using AI.
• Make videos for clients with AI tools, improving their look over time.
• Create graphics and ad creatives with AI that rival real design work.
• Build and ship with AI coding tools like Claude Code and Codex.
• Handle day-to-day tasks from rough briefs to done, quickly.

The Growth Engine is a performance marketing agency in Delhi. Nearly everything we ship for clients is built with AI: websites, landing pages, videos, ad creatives, and copy. We are hiring one person to produce this work every day, working directly with the founder.

This is a doing role, not a managing role. You will design, write, and build daily with AI tools we provide, and you will be expected to make things that look genuinely good.

What you'll do

• Design UI and UX for websites and landing pages using AI. This is the most important skill in the role.
• Make videos for clients with AI tools, most days, and keep raising how good they look
• Create graphics and ad creatives with AI that hold up next to real design work
• Build and ship with AI coding tools like Claude Code and Codex
• Take day-to-day tasks from a rough brief to done, fast, without hand-holding

What we need

• Fluent English, written and spoken. Non-negotiable.
• A real eye for design. You can tell good UI from bad, and you can get AI to produce the good kind.
• You already use AI tools every day and can show things you have made with them
• Working marketing knowledge: what makes people stop, click, and buy
• Hands-on with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools
• Fast and self-directed. We are a performance agency, not a slow creative studio.
