Job summary

Acentecom seeks a Senior AI Developer to build and improve AI-powered tools, automations, and agents across brands. You will ship AI-driven solutions that reduce manual work and scale workflows.

This hands-on role requires strong problem-solving, autonomy, and experience with AI APIs, integrations, and data workflows. You will own projects end-to-end and collaborate across teams to drive impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building apps, tools, automations, or agents using LLMs or AI APIs such as Claude, OpenAI, or similar.
• Strong day-to-day experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar.
• Experience with APIs and integrations and a working understanding of software development and code.
• Proactive, autonomous approach and the ability to work through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal AI-powered tools, automations, workflows, and agents used across multiple brands and teams.
• Integrate LLMs such as Claude and other AI models into real business workflows using prompting, structured outputs, tool use, skills, and agents.
• Build tools that use AI to generate, transform, analyze, or process text, images, video, data, and other business outputs.
• Automate repetitive work across content generation, data processing, ad-creative pipelines, reporting, and internal operations.
• Connect AI tools with advertising platforms, analytics tools, e-commerce systems, internal databases, and other applications through APIs and integrations.
• Test solutions end to end, identify bugs and edge cases, and continuously improve quality, reliability, speed, and cost.
• Partner with Marketing, Creative, CRO, and Operations to turn business needs into working AI-powered solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities for AI and automation and take full ownership from idea through execution.

About the Role

As our Senior AI Developer, you will build and improve the AI-powered tools, automations, and agents that help our teams move faster, eliminate manual work, and scale across our brands. You’ll use AI development tools as a core part of your daily workflow, turning business and marketing needs into working solutions across content, creative, data, integrations, and internal operations.

This is a highly hands-on, AI-first role for someone who knows how to build with AI, connect systems, solve problems independently, and ship quickly without sacrificing quality. What matters most is what you can build with AI, how effectively you use it, and how independently you can take a problem from idea to working solution.

What You’ll Own

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience building apps, tools, automations, or agents using LLMs or AI APIs such as Claude, OpenAI, or similar. Strong personal projects also count.

• Strong day-to-day experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar.

• Experience with APIs and integrations and a working understanding of software development and code.

• Strong problem-solving and QA skills, with the ability to build, test, troubleshoot, and improve solutions independently.

• A highly proactive, autonomous approach and the ability to work through ambiguity without waiting for detailed instructions.

• Strong ownership, clear communication, and the ability to move quickly while maintaining a high quality bar.

• Experience with n8n, Make, internal tools, dashboards, or e-commerce and marketing platforms is a plus.

• Experience in direct-response or DTC e-commerce is strongly preferred.
