Job summary

Uptime XAI is seeking an AI Content Specialist to write, produce and manage content across web, social, email and sales channels. You will leverage generative AI to speed production while ensuring accuracy, voice and quality, collaborating with the AI Marketing Specialist to support campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional content writing or content marketing experience, ideally B2B or technology.
• A portfolio of published work that shows range across formats (long-form, web, social, email).
• Regular hands-on use of generative AI writing and image tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Jasper or Midjourney).
• Strong editing and fact-checking skills, with a sharp eye for accuracy, tone and grammar.
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
• Experience with a CMS such as WordPress, HubSpot or Webflow.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and take feedback well.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit blog posts, articles, case studies, white papers, website copy, newsletters and social posts about Uptime XAI solutions.
• Use generative AI tools for research, outlines, first drafts, images and short-form video, then fact-check, edit and refine every piece before it goes out.
• Build and maintain a prompt library, templates and brand voice guides so AI output stays consistent and on-brand.
• Interview subject matter experts, engineers and clients to turn technical AI topics into clear, useful stories.
• Own the content calendar and publishing workflow, working with the AI Marketing Specialist to support campaigns and launches.
• Optimize content for SEO and AEO (answer-engine optimization) so it ranks in search and appears in AI assistant answers.
• Repurpose long-form content into social posts, email sequences, video scripts and sales enablement pieces.
• Track content performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) and use the results to improve future content.
• Follow responsible AI practices: check for accuracy, bias, plagiarism and copyright, and disclose AI use where required.

We are hiring an AI Content Specialist to create the content that explains what we do and why it matters, using AI tools with strong human judgment.

Role summary

The AI Content Specialist writes, produces and manages content for Uptime XAI across web, social, email and sales channels. You will use generative AI to create content faster while owning its accuracy, voice and quality. You will work closely with the AI Marketing Specialist, who owns campaigns and channel strategy.

• Design skills in Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Familiarity with responsible AI guidelines, copyright and disclosure standards.
