As aSenior Designer, you will lead visual design across brand identities, campaigns, digital platforms, social media, presentations, and other creative touchpoints. You will translate strategic briefs into compelling visual systems while maintaining brand consistency and pushing creative boundaries.

A key part of the role will be exploring and integratingAI-assisted design workflowsinto the creative process. You will experiment with generative visuals, rapid prototyping, prompt-based exploration, and other emerging tools to expand creative possibilities and improve productivity.

You will also work closely with strategy, copy, and creative teams, contribute to pitches and client presentations, and mentor junior designers. The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with an experimental mindset and a willingness to continuously learn.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of experiencein a creative agency, design studio, branding environment, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Hands‑on experience with or strong exposure toAI-powered design toolssuch as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Figma AI, or comparable platforms.
• Strong understanding oftypography, composition, visual hierarchy, colour, layout, and brand systems.
• Excellent conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas into strong visual narratives.
