Job summary

ASOKA-T in Hyderabad is seeking a creative AI Graphic Designer to craft high-quality packaging, branding, and digital content using traditional design skills and AI-powered tools.

You will develop concepts for product launches, design tobacco packaging artwork, social media creatives, banners, brochures, and ensure branding consistency across all materials, while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product and Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably FMCG/packaging.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging and digital design.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative graphic designs using AI and conventional tools.
• Design tobacco outer/packaging artwork, labels, cartons and promotional materials.
• Develop concepts for new product launches and campaigns.
• Use AI tools for image generation, retouching, mock-ups and exploration.
• Prepare social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, ads, and presentations.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Product and Management teams.
• Maintain brand consistency across typography, colors and visuals.
• Prepare artwork for printing and digital publishing.

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and technology-driven AI Graphic Designer who can develop high-quality visual content using traditional graphic design skills and modern AI-powered design tools.

The candidate will be responsible for creating designs for product packaging,pack designs, branding materials, digital media, social media, promotional materials, and other marketing requirements while maintaining the company's brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create innovative and attractive graphic designs using AI and conventional design tools.
• Design tobacco outer/packaging artwork, labels, cartons, promotional materials, and product visuals.
• Develop creative concepts for new product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Use AI tools for image generation, concept development, background creation, retouching, mock-ups, and creative exploration.
• Create social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Prepare product mock-ups and realistic packaging presentations.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Product, and Management teams to understand design requirements.
• Modify and finalize designs based on feedback and approvals.
• Maintain consistency with company branding, typography, colors, and visual guidelines.
• Prepare artwork in appropriate formats for printing and digital publishing.
• Coordinate with printers and external agencies for artwork production and corrections.
• Maintain organized design files, source files, templates, and creative assets.
• Stay updated with the latest AI design trends, tools, techniques, and creative technologies.

AI Tools & Technology

The candidate should be comfortable using or willing to learn tools such as:

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles

• Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills
• Ability to use AI tools effectively in the creative workflow
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Good visual communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple design projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to understand design briefs and convert ideas into creative visuals

Qualification

• Bachelor's / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant professional experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Graphic Design.
• Experience in FMCG, packaging, consumer products, advertising, or branding will be an advantage.
• Candidates with hands‑on experience using AI-powered graphic design tools are preferred.
