Qualifications

• Degree or diploma from a reputed design school in Mumbai.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with AI-integrated workflows.
• Deep understanding of prompting and integrating Generative AI into professional design workflows.
• Industry experience in D2C brands or fast-paced creative agencies is a significant plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing clean typography, modern layouts, and AI-driven design.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end visual language creation for social media ads, website banners, packaging, and product imagery.
• Design high-converting assets for Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads, with D2C metrics in mind.

The Role

We are looking for a forward-thinking Graphic Designer who doesnt just "use tools" but leverages the latest in technology to create stunning visual identities. You will be responsible for the end-to-end visual language of the company—from social media performance ads and website banners to packaging and product lifestyle imagery.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Powered Design: Utilize Adobe Firefly/AI features and Generative AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, or Stable Diffusion) to create high-fidelity sports lifestyle imagery, textures, and backgrounds.
• Digital & Performance Marketing: Design high-converting creative assets for Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads, keeping D2C metrics in mind.
• Brand Identity: Maintain and evolve the company visual guidelines across all touchpoints, ensuring a premium, athletic, and modern aesthetic.
• E-commerce Assets: Create engaging UI/UX elements, web banners, and product infographics for the company in and other marketplaces.
• D2C Storytelling: Work closely with the marketing team to translate technical product features (like carbon fiber textures or paddle "sweet spots") into easy-to-understand, aspirational visuals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: A degree or diploma from a reputed design school in Mumbai (e.g., IDC-IITB, Sophia, ISDI, Ecole Intuit Lab, Sir J.J. Institute of Applied Art, etc.).
• Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a specific focus on Adobe’s AI-integrated workflows.
• AI Expertise: Deep understanding of how to prompt and integrate Generative AI into professional design workflows to speed up production and enhance creativity.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in a D2C brand or a fast-paced creative agency is a significant plus.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing clean typography, modern layouts, and innovative use of AI in design.
