Key Responsibilities

• Establish and scale the AI COE, including governance, operating model, and roadmap.
• Build AI agents, RAG solutions, and reusable AI platforms to improve productivity across business functions.
• Lead a team of AI/ML Engineers, Architects, and AIOps professionals.
• Drive AI adoption, responsible AI practices, and organizational AI maturity.
• Grow Innovecture's AI Transformation practice through presales, client workshops, solution design, and thought leadership.
• Develop AI service offerings, frameworks, accelerators, and strategic partnerships.

Required Experience

• 10+ years in technology, including 4+ years in AI/ML engineering or architecture.
• Proven experience leading AI teams, practices, or Centers of Excellence.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, and MLOps.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP AI platforms.
• Strong Python, cloud, API, containerization, and AI solution delivery skills.
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or client-facing environments preferred.
