Job summary

QBurst seeks a senior leader to build and scale AI-native practices, service offerings, accelerators and reusable solution frameworks. Productize offerings around AI Factories, LLMOps, evaluation frameworks, RAG pipelines and Agentic Systems, driving the shift from resource-based engagements to software-augmented delivery.

Define strategy, architecture blueprints and go-to-market plans; lead technical discovery, pre-sales and executive presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI-native practices and reusable solution frameworks.
• Ability to lead pre-sales, solution positioning and executive-level customer presentations.
• Define architecture blueprints, value propositions and go-to-market plans.

Build and scale AI-native practices, service offerings, accelerators and reusable solution frameworks.Productize offerings around AI Factories, LLMOps, evaluation frameworks, RAG pipelines and Agentic Systems.Drive the transition from resource-based engagements to software-augmented, outcome-driven delivery models.Define practice strategy, value propositions, architecture blueprints and go-to-market plans.Lead technical discovery, pre-sales, solution positioning and executive-level customer presentations.Establish trusted relationships with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Chief Product Officers and other senior stakeholders.Identify enterprise architecture challenges and position relevant AI and digital engineering solutions.Lead strategic engagements from discovery and prototyping through production deployment.Drive key architecture decisions, technology selections and technical validation for high-impact programs.Build and mentor architecture, consulting and engineering teams across emerging technology stacks.Promote a Forward Deployed Engineering culture focused on customer outcomes, speed and commercial impact.Own practice growth across revenue, delivery capability, utilisation, gross margins and customer success.
