Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in software engineering or a related technical field with a track record of leading engineers or technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Proven ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and change without losing momentum.
• High adaptability and energy; comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience building or scaling engineering teams and management structures.

What We Look For

• Strong hands‑on engineering background, with the depth to review architecture, guide design decisions, and hold credibility with senior engineers
• Working knowledge of the AI/ML lifecycle: problem framing, data readiness, model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• Familiarity with the modern AI stack, such as Python, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), LLM and AgenticAI tooling, and MLOps practices (good to have)
• Understanding of data engineering and analytics fundamentals: pipelines, warehousing, and BI/visualization tools (good to have)

Preferred

• Prior experience in a consulting or client‑services environment is a strong plus

Compensation: From 4,000,000.00 per year
