Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development and project management experience.

• Strong proficiency in agentic AI architectures, LLM-based systems, and orchestration frameworks.
• Hands-on ML/DL model development, training, fine-tuning, evaluation and deployment.
• Experience with MLOps, model deployment, monitoring and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Center of Excellence and execute the organisation's enterprise AI strategy.
• Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI architectures and LLM-based solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Lead the development, training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment of ML/DL models.
• Drive rapid experimentation and deliver pilot-ready AI PoCs within defined timelines.
• Define and implement MLOps practices covering model deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Lead and mentor AI/ML engineering teams across multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Work with business and technology stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Evaluate and adopt relevant AI/ML frameworks, orchestration platforms, cloud AI services, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure AI solutions are production-ready, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise requirements.

Required Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of overall experience in software development and project management, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML system design and development.
• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing AI/ML engineering teams and multiple projects.
• Strong expertise in :
• Agentic AI architectures, LLM-based systems, and orchestration frameworks
• ML/DL model development, training, fine-tuning, and evaluation
• MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks such as LangGraph, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and their AI/ML services.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly develop and deliver AI PoCs and production-ready solutions.
• Strong technical leadership, project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
