Nous Infosystems is seeking a Principal Architect to lead and scale our Enterprise AI practice in Bengaluru. The role focuses on Generative AI, Agentic AI, ML, MLOps, data platforms, and cloud AI services across global enterprises.

The ideal candidate will drive technology roadmaps, establish AI CoE, and govern AI delivery, architecture reviews, and platform modernization. You will mentor diverse AI teams and shape AI engineering standards.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly accomplished Principal Architect to lead and scale our Enterprise AI practice. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, MLOps, Data Platforms, and Cloud AI services, along with extensive experience in building AI solutions for global enterprises.

This role requires a blend of technical leadership, AI architecture, practice development, solution consulting, pre-sales, and delivery governance, with ownership of driving AI-led digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the organization's AI technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Build and scale enterprise AI capabilities across Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Intelligent Automation.
• Establish AI Centers of Excellence (CoE), reusable AI accelerators, reference architectures, and engineering standards.
• Drive adoption of Responsible AI, AI Governance, AI Security, and enterprise AI best practices.

AI Architecture & Solution Engineering

• Design enterprise-grade AI solution architectures leveraging cloud-native AI services.
• Lead architecture reviews, technology selection, and AI platform modernization initiatives.
• Build scalable AI platforms supporting:
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems
• Knowledge Graphs

Engineering Leadership

• Lead enterprise AI architecture and solution design.
• Build and mentor AI Architects, ML Engineers, Prompt Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and MLOps teams.
• Define AI engineering standards, coding practices, architecture governance, and technical review mechanisms.
• Drive innovation through AI labs, accelerators, and reusable intellectual property (IP).

Pre-Sales & Consulting

• Lead AI discovery workshops and AI maturity assessments.
• Own solution architecture for RFPs/RFIs.
• Develop AI transformation roadmaps.
• Estimate effort, define commercial models, and support large deal pursuits.
• Present AI strategies and executive briefings to CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business leaders.
