Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a leader to head a flagship AI transformation, guiding a team of 8-10 engineers, and shaping AI-native engineering standards.

You will own architecture for agentic AI, RAG, and LLM operations, drive AI-powered products, and set governance and release standards for production AI.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in software and AI engineering.
• Minimum 2 years leading teams.
• Hands-on with production-grade LLM systems.
• Proficient in LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or AutoGen.
• Strong Python and modern architecture knowledge.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

• Demonstrated bias for action, experimentation, innovation, and technical leadership.
