Linde seeks a seasoned AI & Digital Hub Leader to build and scale the Bengaluru AI Hub into a strategic global AI capability center. You will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning AI, data, software engineering, product, and adoption, aligning with global leaders to deliver impactful AI solutions at scale.

• In this role you will build, lead, and significantly scale theBengaluru AI Hub, establishing it as a strategic global AI capabilitycenter
• Further you will lead a multidisciplinary team across AI,data, software engineering, product, commercial, and adoption functions
• Furthermore, you will drive the expansion and evolution of Linde’sglobal AI and digital product portfolio, delivering business value atscale
• Furthermore, you will drive hub growth through workforce planning,talent acquisition, capability development, organizational design, andsuccession planning
• Thereafter you will partner with global business and functionalleaders to define priorities, shape product roadmaps, and delivermeasurable business value
• Moreover, you will lead a portfolio of AI and digitalinitiatives, ensuring execution against strategic objectives, timelines,budgets, and quality standards
• Further you will optimize resource allocation acrosscompeting priorities, balancing business demand, capacity, and investment
• Additionally, you will oversee local management and administrativeoperations for the Bengaluru AI Hub, covering finance, procurement,safety, office administration, and technology support
• Furthermore, you will establish governance, delivery disciplines,and performance metrics to drive scalability, and value realization. Fostera culture of innovation, agility and continuous improvement
• Thereafter you will collaborate closely with Operating SegmentDigital Teams and global IT teams to ensure compliance with enterprisearchitecture, cybersecurity, data governance, and operational standards
• Moreover, you will build strong relationships with externalpartners, universities, and industry ecosystems to support innovation andgrowth
• Additionally, you will operate effectively within a complex globalmatrix organization, leading distributed teams across geographies and timezones

• For this role you should have 10 years or more relevant experience with a master's in information technology or in business administration.
• Additionally, if you have done any certification programs on AI and business transformation that will be beneficiai
• For this you should have proven experience building, leading, andscaling high-performing organizations through periods of rapid growth
• Further you should have proven experience building and scalingsizeable technology, AI, digital, GCC, or shared-services organizations,ideally with responsibility for teams of significant scale.Strong peopleleadership skills with a track record of attracting, developing, andretaining top talent.
• Furthermore, you should have solid understanding of AI, data, digitaltechnologies, and their business applications.
• Moreover, you should have experience with software productdevelopment, digital delivery, and modern operating models
• Further you should have strong program and portfolio managementcapabilities, leading complex cross-functional initiatives across regionsand stakeholders
• Thereafter you should have demonstrated ability to prioritizeinvestments, balance competing demands, and optimize resource allocation
• Additionally, you should have experience partnering with enterprise IT anddigital functions on architecture, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, datagovernance, and compliance
• Further you have the ability to balance innovation and speed withsound governance, risk management, and security practices
• Furthermore, you should have strong stakeholder management,communication, and influencing skills across business and technologyfunctions
• Moreover, you have a proven ability to establish credibility withsenior leaders as well as technical experts
