Job summary

Linde plc in Bangalore, India, seeks a seasoned General Manager HRBP to partner with business leaders, drive people strategy, workforce effectiveness, and organizational transformation while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Lead recruitment, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and change initiatives; analyze trends, build HR dashboards, coach leaders, and manage external partners in a global setting.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of HR experience with 3–4 years in HRBP at senior level.
• Experience in a medium/large global organization with exposure to global compensation design/trends is advantageous.
• MBA or equivalent degree preferred; graduate in HR/ Psychology/ Business Management.

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

• At least 10 years of experience inHR with at least 3-4 years in HRBP role, operating at a senior level, with a proven trackrecord of achievement & delivery of HR plans
• Experience working in a medium/large-sized globalorganization with exposure to global compensation design/trends willbe an advantage, workingand interacting with colleagues located remotely and from differentcultures
• A Graduatein Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management, preferably withan MBA or equivalent degree/ diploma
• Professional certifications in Human Resourceswould be an added advantage
• Understanding/basic knowledge of financials and budgeting would be preferred. AdvancedProficiency in MS Excel, HRIS (preferably SAP)
