Job summary

Vision Graphics is seeking an IT professional to work with sales, marketing and operations to convert business needs into practical AI tools and automated workflows. You will reduce manual work, improve accuracy and help teams respond faster to customers.

We may hire more than one person with complementary strengths. Responsibilities include AI-driven research, tailored sales content, and building dashboards to enhance reporting and handoffs to production.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in business automation, CRM/business systems, software implementation or technical operations with demonstrable projects.
• Applied AI: use tools like ChatGPT to extract information, produce structured outputs and verify accuracy.
• Workflow automation: build multi-step workflows with triggers, approvals, and error handling in at least one tool.
• Data skills: strong Excel/Sheets, lookups, pivots, cleanup, deduplication and cross-system matching.
• Business delivery: understand lead-to-quote, follow-up and handoff processes; translate needs into workflows and test end-to-end.
• Communication and ownership: clear English, independent problem-solving, user training, handling of confidential data.

Required skills and background

• Relevant experience: 2-5 years in business automation, CRM/business systems, software implementation or technical operations, with working projects you can demonstrate.
• Applied AI: Use ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or similar tools to create reusable prompts, extract information from PDFs and emails, produce structured outputs and verify accuracy against source documents.
• Workflow automation: Build multi-step workflows in at least one of Power Automate, n8n, Make or Zapier, including triggers, conditions, approvals, scheduled actions and error handling.
• Data skills: Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups, pivot tables, data cleanup, duplicate detection and matching records between systems.
• Business delivery: Understand lead-to-quote, customer follow-up and order-handoff processes; translate needs into workflows, test end to end and document clear user instructions.
• Communication and ownership: Clear written and spoken English, independent problem-solving, user training and careful handling of customer data, access permissions and confidential information.

Preferred tools and skills - useful, not all required

• AI and development tools: Familiarity with OpenAI (ChatGPT), Claude, Grok Bot, Perplexity Computer and Cursor Cloud.
• Business tools: Experience with Zoho CRM/Zoho One, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), Apollo, Domo or Power BI.
• Technical knowledge: Basic HTML/CSS and SQL; familiarity with React, Node.js or PostgreSQL for working with our developers.
• Industry background: Experience in printing, signage, manufacturing, estimating or order processing. Willingness to learn our industry is essential.
