Job summary

Indo Global Esupport is seeking a hands-on AI Automation Engineer to design and implement automated workflows using n8n, REST APIs, and AI agents. The candidate will collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize workflows across CRM, databases, and SaaS platforms.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in AI Automation, Workflow Automation, n8n, API Integration, Process Automation, RPA, Software Automation, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize workflows using n8n.
• Develop AI-powered automations, AI Agents, chatbots, and intelligent workflows.
• Integrate applications using REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and third-party APIs.
• Identify manual processes and convert them into scalable automated workflows.

You will build intelligent workflows, automate manual business processes, integrate applications, and develop AI-powered solutions and AI Agents to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
