Job summary

Zoho in India is seeking an AI Specialist with hands-on experience deploying AI in real business environments to transform processes into scalable AI-powered workflows.

You will identify business problems, design and deploy AI automation workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, and integrate LLMs such as ChatGPT and Perplexity into company workflows, while building prompt libraries and internal AI SOPs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI tools, automation workflows, and prompt engineering.
• Strong understanding of LLMs (ChatGPT, Perplexity AI), workflow automation (n8n), and AI accelerators (Groq, agentic AI frameworks).
• Proven ability to map business processes and convert them into efficient AI-powered workflows.

This is not a theoretical or research-based role — we need someone who has deployed AI in real business environments .

Identify business problems and implement AI-driven solutions across departments (HR, Marketing, Operations, CX, etc.)

Design and deploy AI automation workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.

Integrate LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) into company workflows.

Build prompt libraries and internal AI SOPs for teams.

Automate reporting, candidate screening, customer communication, and data processing workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-based productivity systems.

Evaluate and recommend AI tools for enterprise use.

Monitor AI system performance and optimize continuously.

Ensure data privacy, governance, and responsible AI practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

2+ years of hands-on experience with AI tools, automation workflows, and prompt engineering .

Strong understanding of LLMs (ChatGPT, Perplexity AI), workflow automation (n8n), and AI accelerators (Groq, agentic AI frameworks) .
