Job summary

ConsultBae India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an AI Automation Analyst/Developer in Gurugram to build automated AI data workflows and internal tooling. You will prototype quickly, collaborate with project and ops teams, and contribute to CB Nexus/HRMS modules while handling data extraction and transformation tasks.

The role emphasizes hands-on AI tooling, scripting, and fast delivery, with opportunities to impact live client projects and internal products daily.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rapidly prototype: ship a working v1 in 1–2 days, then iterate.

Role : AI Automation Analyst / Developer

Experience: ~1 year

Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)

What you'll do

• Build automated workflows for AI data collection & annotation projects (email collection, image sourcing, audio collection, transcription QC, and whatever the next project needs) using Claude Code and other AI tools.
• Vibe-code internal tools, scripts, and small apps that strip manual effort out of live projects.
• Contribute to our internal platform stack, CB Gigs Platform / CB Nexus (HRMS, leave & performance, daily work assignment, and a lightweight project management tool).
• Work with data: pull, clean, transform, and structure it across projects; write database queries.
• Join client calls when needed to understand the requirement first-hand, and coordinate with internal stakeholders (project, ops, delivery) to build the right thing.
• Rapidly prototype: take a fuzzy requirement and ship a working v1 in 1 to 2 days, then iterate.

What we're looking for

• Around 1 year in automation, scripting, or software development.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) and comfortable vibe-coding your way to a working solution.
• Working knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python / JavaScript) and databases (SQL / any).
• Decent communication skills: able to clearly understand a requirement, ask the right questions, and explain what you built.
• Bias for speed: you'd rather ship a rough working tool today than a perfect one next month.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast, changing environment.

Tools & stack
