Job summary

ConsultBae India Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram is seeking an AI Automation Analyst / Developer with about 1 year of experience to build automated workflows for AI data collection and annotation projects.

You will prototype quickly using Claude Code and other AI tools, contribute to internal platforms like CB Gigs Platform / CB Nexus, and work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver working solutions from office-based collaboration.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1 year of experience in automation, scripting, or software development.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor) and rapid prototyping.
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript and SQL or other databases.
• Good communication to understand requirements and explain solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build automated workflows for AI data collection and annotation projects using Claude Code and other AI tools.
• Develop internal tools and small apps to automate live projects.
• Contribute to CB Gigs Platform / CB Nexus HRMS and related modules.
• Handle data: pull, clean, transform, and write queries.
• Join client calls to understand requirements and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver.
• Rapidly prototype: ship v1 in 1–2 days and iterate.

Job description

Role : AI Automation Analyst / Developer

Experience: ~1 year

Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)

What you'll do

Build automated workflows for AI data collection & annotation projects (email collection, image sourcing, audio collection, transcription QC, and whatever the next project needs) using Claude Code and other AI tools.

• Vibe-code internal tools, scripts, and small apps that strip manual effort out of live projects.
• Contribute to our internal platform stack, CB Gigs Platform / CB Nexus (HRMS, leave & performance, daily work assignment, and a lightweight project management tool).
• Work with data: pull, clean, transform, and structure it across projects; write database queries.
• Join client calls when needed to understand the requirement first-hand, and coordinate with internal stakeholders (project, ops, delivery) to build the right thing.
• Rapidly prototype: take a fuzzy requirement and ship a working v1 in 1 to 2 days, then iterate.

What we're looking for

• Around 1 year in automation, scripting, or software development.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) and comfortable vibe-coding your way to a working solution.
• Working knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python / JavaScript) and databases (SQL / any).
• Decent communication skills: able to clearly understand a requirement, ask the right questions, and explain what you built.
• Bias for speed: you'd rather ship a rough working tool today than a perfect one next month.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast, changing environment.

Tools & stack
