ConsultBae India Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram is seeking an AI Automation Analyst/Developer with about 1 year of experience to build automated data workflows and internal tools. You will work with Claude Code and other AI tools to create fast, runnable solutions and improve live project efficiency.

You will join a fast-moving team, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver working prototypes within days while learning the evolving AI data services landscape.

Competenze

• Around 1 year in automation, scripting, or software development.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) and comfortable vibe-coding your way to a working solution.
• Working knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python / JavaScript) and databases (SQL / any).
• Decent communication skills: able to clearly understand a requirement, ask the right questions, and explain what you built.
• Bias for speed: you'd rather ship a rough working tool today than a perfect one next month.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast, changing environment.

What you'll do

• Build automated workflows for AI data collection & annotation projects (email collection, image sourcing, audio collection, transcription QC, and whatever the next project needs) using Claude Code and other AI tools.
• Vibe-code internal tools, scripts, and small apps that strip manual effort out of live projects.
• Contribute to our internal platform stack, CB Gigs Platform / CB Nexus (HRMS, leave & performance, daily work assignment, and a lightweight project management tool).

Tools & stack
