ConsultBae India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an AI Automation Analyst/Developer in Gurugram to build automated workflows for AI data collection and annotation projects using Claude Code and related tools. You will prototype quickly, join client calls, and collaborate on CB Nexus/HRMS features.

Ideal candidates have around 1 year in automation or software development, with Python/JavaScript and SQL skills, and a bias for delivering working tools fast in a dynamic AI-first environment.

Role : AI Automation Analyst / Developer

Experience: ~1 year

Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)

What you'll do

• Build automated workflows for AI data collection & annotation projects (email collection, image sourcing, audio collection, transcription QC, and whatever the next project needs) using Claude Code and other AI tools.
• Vibe-code internal tools, scripts, and small apps that strip manual effort out of live projects.
• Contribute to our internal platform stack, CB Gigs Platform / CB Nexus (HRMS, leave & performance, daily work assignment, and a lightweight project management tool).
• Work with data: pull, clean, transform, and structure it across projects; write database queries.
• Join client calls when needed to understand the requirement first-hand, and coordinate with internal stakeholders (project, ops, delivery) to build the right thing.
• Rapidly prototype: take a fuzzy requirement and ship a working v1 in 1 to 2 days, then iterate.

What we're looking for

• Around 1 year in automation, scripting, or software development.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) and comfortable vibe-coding your way to a working solution.
• Working knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python / JavaScript) and databases (SQL / any).
• Decent communication skills: able to clearly understand a requirement, ask the right questions, and explain what you built.
• Bias for speed: you'd rather ship a rough working tool today than a perfect one next month.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast, changing environment.

Tools & stack

• Supabase / Postgres (database, auth, storage)
• n8n / Make for workflow automation
• Python or JavaScript scripting
