About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and curious AI & Automation Intern / Fresher to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to work on real-world AI applications, automation workflows, and intelligent systems that improve business efficiency and product capabilities.

You will work closely with our tech and product teams to build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions, especially using modern tools like LLMs, APIs, and automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building AI-powered applications and automation workflows
• Work on chatbots, AI agents, and workflow automation tools
• Integrate APIs (OpenAI, third-party tools, CRMs, etc.) into applications
• Design and implement basic automation pipelines (e.g., lead handling, email automation, data processing)
• Perform prompt engineering and optimize AI responses
• Test, debug, and improve AI models and automation systems
• Document workflows, processes, and technical implementations
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and automation

Key Requirements

• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Automation concepts
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python preferred)
• Knowledge of APIs, JSON, and basic backend logic
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT APIs, LangChain, etc.)
• Knowledge of automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
• Understanding of databases (SQL / NoSQL)
