Job summary

Capgemini in Hyderabad seeks an experienced AI/Cloud Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions within Amazon Connect. You will build and customize Connect apps and integrations, focusing on Agentic AI, Generative AI, and RAG-based deployments.

You will integrate AWS AI/ML services with enterprise APIs, develop serverless architectures, and ensure scalable, secure AI platforms aligned with enterprise standards. A strong background in Python/Node.js is expected.

• Experienced in designing secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade AI architectures.
