Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Amazon Connect Developer to design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions that optimize customer service experiences. The role involves integrating Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis, Bedrock, and other AWS services, while implementing CI/CD pipelines and leveraging GenAI to boost engagement.

Strong Python and NodeJS skills are required, with hands-on AWS experience and IaC proficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Amazon Connect Developer or similar role with expertise in Amazon Connect and Lex.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis, Amazon Q, and Bedrock.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions to enhance customer service experiences.
• Implement Amazon Connect Contact Lens functionalities for replacing Verint.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis, Amazon Q, and Bedrock.
• Develop and optimize applications using Python and NodeJS.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for deploying Amazon Connect and other AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Utilize GenAI to enhance customer interaction and engagement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Amazon Connect and other integrated services.
• Ensure the security and scalability of applications and infrastructure.
