Job summary

NSL Group in Hyderabad seeks an AGM Yarn Sales with deep experience in marketing non-commodity and value-added yarns, including CSY, Slub and Linen. You will drive growth in specialty yarns and build strong customer nominations.

The role requires frequent travel, excellent English and Hindi communication, and collaboration with factory teams for new product development, costing, pricing and timely payment collection.

Qualifications

• Minimum 13 years in Yarn Sales & Marketing.
• Strong experience in CSY, Slub, Linen and value-added yarns.
• Experience developing brand business and nominations.
• Knowledge of yarn costing and pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business for value-added and specialized yarns.
• Drive sales of CSY, Slub, Linen and other specialty yarn products.
• Develop brand business and secure customer nominations.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
• Develop customer relationships through regular visits and business meetings.
• Coordinate with factory teams for new product development as per customer requirements.
• Handle yarn costing, pricing and commercial negotiations.
• Conduct customer due diligence and ensure timely payment collection.
• Explore new markets and drive business growth through frequent customer visits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 13 years of experience in Yarn Sales & Marketing.
• Strong experience in CSY, Slub, Linen and other value-added yarns is mandatory.
• Experience in developing brand business and securing nominations.
• Good knowledge of yarn costing and pricing.
• Understanding of cotton, cotton blends and cellulosic fibre-based yarns, their applications and end-use markets.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Telugu will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business development.
• Must be willing to be based in Hyderabad.
