Job summary

VM Placement Solutions in Vadodara, Gujarat, is seeking an AGM /Sr Manager Operations PCB and SMT to lead production operations, drive NPD, and optimize PCBA manufacturing processes including SMT, DIP, wave soldering and conformal coating.

The role requires hands-on leadership in manufacturing, strong background in electronics testing methods (AOT, ICT, FCT, High-Pot, Burn-in), and a BE/B.Tech in ECE/EEE or related fields.
