Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer with expertise in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and PCB assembly processes. The candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize SMT manufacturing processes.
• Create and maintain programs for SMT Printer (solder paste printing), Pick and Place machines, Reflow oven profiling, AOI systems, AXI systems, selective soldering machines.
• Set up and optimize wave soldering processes.
• Manage and improve conformal coating processes.
• Operate and maintain PCB cleaning machines to ensure product reliability.
• Perform reflow profiling to ensure optimal solder joint quality.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct BGA rework and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze defects, yield data, and process performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with IPC standards and company quality requirements.
• Prepare process documentation, work instructions, and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
• Hands‑on experience with SMT programming (Printer, Pick & Place), reflow profiling, AOI programming, selective soldering, wave soldering, conformal coating, PCB cleaning systems, BGA rework.
• Strong understanding of PCB assembly processes and defect analysis.
• Experience with process optimization and yield improvement.
• Familiarity with IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610).
• Good problem‑solving and analytical skills.
